Partners Federal Credit Union, Anaheim, Calif., President/CEO Garry Conk has decided to retire after 21 years of service. Penny Tonk will replace Conk as President/CEO. Alliance Credit Union, San Jose, Calif., has elected Barbara Alumbaugh board chair. In addition ACU has promoted Eileen Lewis to President/CEO. Kitsap Community Federal Credit Union, Bremerton, Wash., has promoted Paul Bidinger to South Kitsap branch manager.
