LAKE MARY, Fla. – Harte-Hanks has launched a new Web-based CRM solution that it says is designed specifically for community banks and credit unions. Known as e. Vantage, Harte Hanks said it combines its profitability modeling, customer and prospect data management, professional services and marketing expertise with its enterprise wide CRM capabilities of E.piphany E.6 system. Community America CU in Overland Park, Kansas said it will use the product. "To reach our goal of designing and implementing enterprise-wide customer relationship management strategies, all technology must be open and relational in how it is employed. It (e.Vantage) allows us tremendous flexibility to test campaign tactics, and track results closely," said CommunityAmerica's Director of Business Development, Sean Yokley. "We see e.Vantage as the first cost effective CRM solution for the community bank and credit union market. Using full transaction detail, activity-based sorting and funds transfer pricing, banks and credit union not only can determine the profitability of the products and customers, but also target all communications to the customer to maximize return on equity and return on investment," said Tom Collins, general manager or CRM services/Orlando for Harte-Hanks.
