<p>DULUTH, Ga. – Georgia Central Credit Union launched its revamped Web site (www.gacentral.org) on May 6. “It’s a time of renewal here at Georgia Central, and that includes the Web site, one of our key communication channels,” said Amy M. Fuller, VP, Marketing/Business Development. The renewal Fuller refers to is in part due to the planned merger with Mid-States not working out. Georgia Central is now continuing with plans of staying as an independent corporate. The most noticeable changes to the site were made to the Rates Page. “Feedback we received from members drove the changes we made to our Rates Page,” she said. “The page is cleaner, easier to read and we’ve eliminated the step of downloading an Acrobat file. Members can sign up to receive an e-mailed link to the Rates Page at the moment it’s updated each day.” Also, forms needed for starting new services are now available for download from the site.
