Government Agencies Federal Credit Union, El Centro, Calif., has recently announced the retirement of Beverly Dawson, former President/CEO. Dawson has served GAFCU since 1985 and helped the credit union grow to $168 million in assets. GAFCU has appointed George Kirschner as the new president/CEO. Educational Employees Credit Union, Fresno, Calif., has promoted the following employees: Lannette Cash to Clovis North branch manager; Andrea West to Clovis North assistant manager; and Tony Garza to Sunnyside assistant manager.
