ORLANDO – It’s one thing to talk about technology, it’s another to see it in action. That’s what about 56 CUs attending the CU InfoTech Conference were able to do recently. The conference was sponsored by CU Conferences and William Rogers & Associates. The two firms debuted “Tech-tours” at their spring technology conference earlier this year. “The response of the participants was very enthusiastic so we brought it back for our fall conference,” said Bill Rogers of William Rogers & Associates. Thirty-eight attendees visited the offices of Community Educators Credit Union in Rockledge, Florida to get a first-hand look at the CU’s operations and its EDS CUBE data processing system. Another 19 attendees visited Bell-Tel Credit Union in Orlando to view their ULTDRADATA data processing system.
