SANTA ANA, Calif. – The Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union and the Orange County Department of Education have teamed up to make computers a reality for school employees. From November 3-10, the first 1,000 members to order online at the OCDE Web site will receive a zero interest computer loan. The remaining members will be eligible for a 3.5% APR 12-month term loan. School employees have their choice of computers at a discounted rate from such manufacturers as Gateway, Dell, Toshiba and Apple. In addition, OCTFCU will host a special sale at its Tustin Operation Center where representatives from the manufacturers will be present to answer questions. OCTFCU has over $3 billion in assets and serves more than 250,000 members.
