The 10 top commercial loan producers among credit unions in the second quarter were:

Idaho Central Credit Union, Chubbuck ($15.5 billion assets, 821,866 members), which produced $295.8 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, up 68% from a year earlier and up 67% from the first quarter. Multi-family increased nearly four-fold $13.9 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 70% to $215.8 million.
Landmark Credit Union, Brookfield, Wis. ($7.9 billion assets, 407,868 members), which produced $244 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, up 34% from a year earlier and up 67% from the first quarter. Multi-family rose 68% to $105.9 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 14% to $130.6 million.
Community First Credit Union, Neenah, Wis. ($6.8 billion assets, 166,721 members), which produced $227.9 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, more than double from a year earlier and up 14% from the first quarter. Multi-family rose more than six-fold to $75.7 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 66% to $143.6 million.
Truliant Federal Credit Union, Winston Salem, N.C. ($5.6 billion assets, 328,760 members), which produced $213.9 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, down 6.2% from a year earlier and up 10% from the first quarter. Multi-family fell 17% to $21.4 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 6.6% to $67.8 million.
Interra Credit Union, Goshen, Ind. ($2.1 billion assets, 90,096 members), which produced $170 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, up 29% from a year earlier and up 28% from the first quarter. It produced no multi-family loans in the past year. Other real estate-backed loans rose 41% to $97.4 million.
FourLeaf Federal Credit Union, Bethpage, N.Y. ($14.4 billion assets, 527,355 members), which produced $164.3 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, more than double from a year earlier and up 91% from the first quarter. Multi-family rose 77% to $128 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose seven-fold to $35.6 million.
Summit Credit Union, Madison, Wis. ($8.5 billion assets, 281,962 members), which produced $160.4 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, more than double from a year earlier and more than double from the first quarter. Multi-family rose five-fold to $50 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 26% to $79.5 million.
America First Federal Credit Union, Riverdale, Utah ($26 billion assets, 1.6 million members), which produced $159.8 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, up 96% from a year earlier and up 39% from the first quarter. Multi-family rose six-fold to $12 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 90% to $138.8 million.
Numerica Credit Union, Spokane Valley, Wash. ($4.3 billion assets, 179,425 members), which produced $159.2 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, triple from a year earlier and up seven-fold from the first quarter. Multi-family went from a $900,000 deficit a year ago to $57.6 million in this year's second quarter, while other real estate-backed loans doubled to $93.3 million.
First Technology Federal Credit Union, San Jose, Calif. ($27.9 billion assets, 1.9 million members), which produced $154 million in total commercial loans in the second quarter, up 21% from a year earlier and up 149% from the first quarter. Multi-family rose 79% to $45.8 million from a year earlier, while other real estate-backed loans rose 6.6% to $106.7 million.
