Stuart Salembier | SVP, Member Engagement & Channel Delivery | Municipal Credit Union (MCU)
Stuart Salembier is Senior Vice President, Member Engagement & Channel Delivery, at Municipal Credit Union (MCU) in New York, NY. Founded in 1916, the $4.3B asset MCU serves over 600,000 members, primarily but not exclusively government workers who keep the Greatest City in the World running.

At MCU, he is responsible for retail delivery channels, including the branch network, contact center, and the 170-machine ATM network along with our facilities and physical security teams. Among his many accomplishments at MCU, he has overseen efforts that reduced ASA (average speed to answer) at the contact center by 67% by implementing a state-of-the-art contact center solution, leading to increased member as well as employee satisfaction.

Stuart has 22 years of experience in credit unions, beginning his career as a teller at Bethpage FCU.
A graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, he serves on the Valera Contact Center Advisory Committee and on the Member Development Corporation's Instinctive Banking Advisory Committee.

Dave Poeschl | Vice President, Member Solutions Center | UW Credit Union

Dave is a seasoned customer experience and operations leader with over a decade of success building high-performing teams and driving strategic innovation across service channels. He currently serves as Vice President of the Member Solutions Center at UW Credit Union, where he leads a dynamic team delivering exceptional service to members and business clients through digital and phone channels.

In his role, Dave provides strategic leadership for contact center and business account operations, champions a culture of service excellence, and drives innovation through advanced technologies like Contact Center as a Service and knowledge management platforms. He is known for mentoring a results-driven leadership team and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance member satisfaction and business growth.

Prior to joining UW Credit Union, Dave served as Program Director for the Kellogg North America Consumer Care Center at Alta Resources. There, he built and led a 75-member team spanning the U.S. and the Philippines, launched new service channels including chat and social media response, and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt for improving case handling times for complex consumer inquiries. His work in CRM insights, workforce management, and quality assurance helped elevate Kellogg's consumer care strategy, and he represented North American innovations at a global summit in Barcelona.

Dave's career reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and delivering meaningful customer experiences at scale.
