Lending Business Team, overseeing strategies based on consumer insights, digital integrations, and marketing to meet evolving needs. Joining TruStage in 2019, Pavelski was previously the Senior Manager of Digital for Consumer Insurance. With diverse leadership roles in Consumer Experience and Brand Management, she brings broad expertise from her work in consumer products. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's in Marketing & Management from Northwest Missouri State University. Pavelski enjoys long-distance running, triathlons, and spending time with her children, Jake (24) and Marlee (16), along with her rescue dog, Millie.

Erika Romenesko | Sr. Manager, Customer Experience | TruStage
Business Team at TruStage™, where she applies qualitative and quantitative research to better understand consumer behavior and financial decision-making. Her credit union journey began in second grade with the Penny Pouch Club, and she's been a passionate advocate ever since. A proud Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), Erika has been with TruStage for 18 years. In 2022, she traveled to Africa to support global credit union professionals and will return this year to continue that work. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a Master's in Adult Education from San Diego State University, and certificates in Instructional Design and Consumer Decision Making from Wharton and Cornell.
