JC San Pedro was promoted to SVP of mortgage banking and loan administration. In his new role, San Pedro will oversee mortgage banking and loan administration, consolidating the two functions into a single department to streamline operations and improve service delivery. He has 28 years of experience across multiple roles in mortgage banking, including loan origination, secondary marketing, auditing and portfolio management.

Yvonne Case was hired as vice president of real estate production. In her new role, Case will lead Amplify’s real estate production team, managing mortgage loan officers and related sales functions. She has worked in the mortgage lending industry since 2002 and held roles including mortgage loan originator, sales manager, director of mortgage sales and product manager. She has also served on the Texas CUREN board of directors for more than 15 years, including as president, and is currently on the board of WIMIN Austin.

CUSOS

InterLutions, an employee benefit solutions CUSO in Milwaukee, Wis., promoted Sam Boore to director of operations. In his new role, Boore will oversee the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of InterLutions’ services and sales teams, helping drive the future of consultative benefit solutions across the industry. He will also lead several mission-critical areas of the CUSO, including leadership and strategy, product and solution development, client and partner experience, and sales optimization. Boore joined InterLutions in August 2024 as an employee benefits executive and has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to joining InterLutions, he built and led his own benefits and HR firm, trained and supported brokers, and served as a licensed agent.

LEAGUES

The Maine Credit Union League hired Jared Gay as director of advocacy and compliance. In his new role, Gay will lead the League’s governmental affairs strategy, spearheading legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts on behalf of Maine’s credit unions. He will work closely with state and federal policymakers, credit union stakeholders and League leadership to promote and protect the interests of credit union members across the state. Gay also will manage compliance initiatives and PAC activities. Prior to joining the League, Gay served as director of public policy and advocacy at United Way of Southern Maine. Earlier in his career, he worked as a legislative aide in the Maine Senate Majority Office, supporting the Senate Majority Leader and other lawmakers on communications, legislative planning and constituent services.
