The $2.7 billion, Rome, N.Y.-based AmeriCU Credit Union rehired Kevin Martignetti as assistant vice president of business credit administration. In his new role, Martignetti will lead strategic initiatives to create a seamless experience for business members and support their long-term success. He began his career with AmeriCU in 2013 as a part-time teller at the North Utica Branch in Utica, N.Y. During his nearly 10 years with AmeriCU, prior to leaving for a short period, he served in various member service and commercial lending roles, including commercial credit analyst and credit risk manager. Martignelli brings a strong background in credit analysis and risk management, along with experience in leading major system implementations. He holds several industry certifications, including the Credit Union Business Lending Professional designation, ABA Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending, and specialized training from Omega in commercial and real estate lending.

The $4.2 billion, Basking Ridge, N.J.-based Affinity Federal Credit Union announced three promotions and one honor.
Pam Cohen was promoted to COO. In her expanded role, Cohen will oversee the credit union’s daily operations, including lending, loan administration, digital branch, risk operations, marketing, people and culture, financial well-being and more. She will also continue building strong cross-functional relationships to enhance the member experience.
MaryAnne Melanson was promoted to vice president, strategy and internal communications. In her new role, Melanson will continue to lead the development of Affinity’s organizational strategic plan and internal communications strategy while supporting board relations.
Ryan Marosy was promoted to vice president of marketing. In his new role, Marosy will lead brand strategy, marketing operations and member acquisition efforts. Jack Allison, chief digital, payments and technology officer for Affinity, was recently honored as a 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100. Timothy L. Anderson, president/CEO for the $1.5 billion, Alexandria, Va.-based United States Senate Federal Credit Union, was named the 2025 CEO of the Year by the MD|DC Credit Union Association. This award honors Anderson’s visionary leadership, deep commitment to the credit union movement and dedication to building an inclusive, mission-driven culture at USSFCU. Anderson has more than 30 years of executive experience and took the helm at USSFCU in 2019. He previously chaired the African-American Credit Union Coalition and was inducted into its Hall of Fame in 2023. He currently serves on the boards of the MD|DC Credit Union Association and Credit Union Miracle Day, and has held leadership roles with CUNA (now America’s Credit Unions) and USSFCU’s CUSO.
The $7.9 billion, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based Hudson Valley Credit Union announced three new hires and one promotion.
Kasey Nobles was hired as manager of the Chatham, N.Y., branch. In her new role, Nobles oversees operations to drive membership acquisitions by strengthening member relations. Additionally, she provides consistent development to staff, setting clear goals, objectives and expectations for the branch. She most recently served as marketing and business coordinator at State Farm and brings more than 20 years of banking experience, having previously served as branch manager at Greylock Federal Credit Union ($1.6 billion, Pittsfield, Mass.).
Renee Sledzianowski was hired as manager of Chester, N.Y., branch. She brings 30 years of banking and leadership experience, having most recently served as Middletown branch manager for Catskill Hudson Bank. In her new role, she oversees operations to drive membership acquisitions by strengthening member relations. Additionally, she provides consistent development to staff, setting clear goals, objectives and expectations for the branch.
Markland Shaw was promoted to commercial portfolio manager. In his new role, he oversees all HVCU commercial lending portfolio management functions, including the thorough review of all loans upon their initial acquisition, ongoing expansion and overall retention. In addition, Shaw will continue to develop and maintain relationships with members, offering solutions that align to their business goals.
Sheila Viera was hired as a commercial relationship manager. In her new role, Viera is responsible for the management and development of internal and external commercial relationships. She brings nearly 30 years of banking and finance experience, having most recently served as deputy treasurer for the Village of Green Island, where she managed the allocation of municipal funds, Section 8 program oversight, government reporting and property tax collection. She is an alum of the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce and Siena College Leadership Institutes.
MIDWEST
The $3.1 billion, Appleton, Wis.-based Fox Communities Credit Union hired Cameron Green into the newly-created position of assistant vice president of facilities. In this role, Green is responsible for any construction, renovation or maintenance of Fox’s physical environment and branch locations. He will also ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, and will be involved in space management, emergency preparedness, request-for-proposals for facilities projects, contract management and budget management for the team. Previously, Green served in other facilities-related capacities at the City of Appleton and with Miron Construction. He holds many certifications, including Facilities Management Professional, ProFM, OSHA-30, HVAC Certificates and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Certificates from UW-Madison College of Engineering.
SOUTH
The $186 million, Duncan, Okla.-based Endurance Federal Credit Union announced the appointment of Loisdawn Jones to its Board of Directors as an associate board member. Jones currently serves as the director of communications for the City of Duncan. She is a graduate of Leadership Duncan Class XXIX.
