“We are thrilled to announce that ALEC members have overwhelmingly approved the merger, bringing us one step closer to expanding opportunities and delivering even greater value to our members,” Jane Verret, president/CEO of Campus Federal, said.

ALEC’s branch operations will transition to Campus Federal’s Siegen Branch, Mortgage & Business Center, just over a mile away. Members will benefit from extended drive-thru hours and modern banking tools, including Campus Connect interactive teller machines.

The merger promises no disruption in services for ALEC members, who will continue using their existing accounts and digital platforms during the transition. Members will also gain access to Campus Federal’s statewide network of 11 branches and its nationwide shared branching network.

Importantly, all ALEC employees will be retained, ensuring job security and continuity in member service.
