The $2.6 billion, Burbank, Calif.-based Partners Federal Credit Union hired Patty Bedard as chief people officer, effective June 2, 2025. Bedard brings over 25 years of experience leading transformational people strategies across global organizations, having most recently served as head of enterprise executive development at The Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of executive onboarding, coaching and development across the company’s global business segments. She also served as chief people officer at CareRev and held senior executive roles at Amazon, including head of executive development and head of strategy and operations for AWS Educate, where she established Amazon Web Services’ global initiative to provide educational opportunities to students looking to develop career skills as they enter the workforce. She is also a certified executive coach and holds multiple professional certifications in leadership, assessments and organizational development.

The $8.8 billion, Albany, N.Y.-based Broadview Federal Credit Union hired Lisa R. Harris as chief legal officer. In her new role, Harris serves as Broadview’s primary legal advisor, overseeing all legal, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. She is responsible for guiding Broadview’s legal strategy in alignment with its business goals; providing counsel to Broadview’s executive and senior leaders and its Board of Directors on a wide range of legal topics including corporate governance, contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance; and overseeing the legal, compliance and contract departments, promoting a culture of ethics, accountability and operational excellence across the organization. She brings a wealth of experience in legal strategy, regulatory compliance and public service, having most recently served as chief compliance officer at Vivint. Stephanie Rubio

The $394 million, Winston Salem, N.C.-based Piedmont Advantage Credit Union promoted Stephanie Rubio to manager of its Eden Branch in Eden, N.C. Rubio has been serving Eden members for almost six years. In her new role, she oversees all aspects of branch operations, manages staff and ensures member satisfaction. She has also joined multiple internal committees at the credit union, including the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and PACU Fraud Ambassadors.

Montana’s Credit Unions honored three individuals whose dedication, leadership and passion have made a lasting impact on their credit unions and communities during its Annual Power Up conference.
