The $520 million Trax Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Fla., Board of Directors has appointed Jessica Stevenson as president/CEO.
She succeeded Pete Giorgianni, who retired following 30 years of service.

After she joined Trax in 2009 as a special projects manager, Stevenson also served as SVP of marketing. She was named EVP in 2024.
“Her passion and dedication to Trax and our members for over 15 years make her the ideal candidate,” Trax Board Chair Tim McCorkle said in a prepared statement. “She played an integral role in making Trax what it is today, and we are lucky to have a proven and well-respected leader assuming this role.”
Trax's 87 employees operate 10 locations that serve nearly 45,000 members.
Angela Finn has been named president/CEO of the $97 million Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union in Oak Harbor, Ohio.
She replaced Mike Barr, who left the credit union in January to become president/CEO of the $575 million SecurityPlus Federal Credit Union in Baltimore, Md.
Finn joined Commodore Perry in 2006, most recently serving as EVP and chief lending officer before stepping into the role of interim CEO following the departure of Barr.
“Angela’s leadership, experience and passion for our mission made her the clear choice,” Board Chair Charleen Hayes said in a prepared statement. “She has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead with integrity, champion financial dignity and build meaningful relationships in our community.”
Commodore Perry's 26 employees operate three locations and serve 6,619 members.
The board of directors of the $47.8 million HUD Federal Credit Union in Washington, D.C., has named Jonathan Hefter as president/CEO and CFO.
He succeeded Roni Krupnick, who served as EVP/interim CEO after Scott Sabitus departed as CEO in 2024.
Hefter, who holds more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, joined HUD Federal Credit Union last year as its CFO. He most recently served as CFO for the $391 million Signal Financial Federal Credit Union in Kensington, Md., and as a controller for the $817 million NIH Federal Credit Union in Rockville, Md.
“During his tenure as CFO, Hefter has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline operations, optimize financial performance and support innovations across the credit union’s service offerings,” the credit union said in a prepared statement. “His vision and leadership have positioned HUDFCU for a stronger future as it continues to serve federal employees and their families with competitive financial solutions.”
HUDFCU’s 10 employees operate a branch and serve more than 5,000 members.
