Creedence Shaw

The $1.7 billion, Capitola, Calif.-based Bay Federal Credit Union promoted Creedence Shaw to SVP, chief business services officer. In his new role, Shaw will guide the strategic vision and operational leadership of the credit union’s business services department, further advancing Bay Federal’s mission to empower local businesses throughout California’s Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey counties. He brings decades of experience in commercial lending, compliance and risk management, as well as particular expertise in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Small Business Administration (SBA) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending. He’s also an active member of his county’s Search and Rescue team.

Brianna Lison

The $1.6 billion, Pittsfield, Mass.-based Greylock Federal Credit Union promoted Brianna Lison to branch manager of its Great Barrington branch in Great Barrington, Mass. In her new role, Lison manages an expanded team and plays an active role in business development, promoting Greylock’s products and services. Her key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing branch compliance, originating mortgage and home equity loans, originating and underwriting consumer loans, and maintaining an extensive variety of member accounts.
Lison joined Greylock in 2019 as a branch specialist in the Great Barrington, Lee, Mass., and Lenox, Mass., branches. She also completed Greylock Management Academy and earned a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor designation in 2024.

Rebecca LeClair

The $7.4 billion, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based Hudson Valley Credit Union hired Rebecca LeClair as senior branch manager for the Liberty branch in Liberty, N.Y. In her new role, she will oversee operations to drive membership acquisitions by strengthening member relations. Additionally, she will provide consistent development to staff, setting clear goals, objectives and expectations for the branch. LeClair most recently served as vice president/senior branch manager at M&T Bank.

MIDWEST

Andrea Ausra

The $4.1 billion, St. Joseph, Mich.-based United Federal Credit Union hired Andrea Ausra as vice president of production support. Ausra brings over 24 years of experience in mortgage loan operations, underwriting and management, having previously held leadership roles in the mortgage industry in southwest Michigan, overseeing processing, underwriting and closing teams for first mortgages and home equity loans. In her new role, she will provide strategic and operational leadership for the management and optimization of mortgage file flow through initial setup, disclosure, processing, underwriting, closing and funding. Additionally, she will support production teams in structuring complex transactions, and contribute to the development and management of the mortgage strategy from an operational perspective.

Nicole Brown

The $483 million, O’Fallon, Mo.-based West Community Credit Union promoted Nicole Brown to regional branch manager over St. Louis and Missouri’s St. Louis County. This includes branch offices located in Brentwood, Kirkwood, Florissant and downtown St. Louis. In her new role, Brown will provide operational direction and support to the branch managers in her region. She has 25 years of experience in finance and began her career with West Community as a branch manager.

Tracy Verner, community development manager at the $359 million, Wentzville, Mo.-based Alltru Credit Union, received two recognitions.
Verner was named a “Top 100 St. Louisan to Know to Succeed in Business” by St. Louis Small Business Monthly for her contribution to developing innovative banking initiatives and community partnerships. She was recently honored at the Top 100 St. Louisans To Know Award Luncheon and featured in the April 2025 issue of St. Louis Small Business Monthly.

Tracy Verner

Verner was also recently honored in the U.S. House of Representatives for her leadership in advancing equity and financial inclusion in Missouri’s First District. Former U.S. Representative Cori Bush recognized Verner for her meaningful contributions to the St. Louis community, particularly her efforts to expand banking accessibility and help promote long-term financial stability. Verner has played a pivotal role in initiatives in the St. Louis region, including the St. Louis Office of Financial Empowerment’s College Kids program and STL Youth Jobs. At Alltru, she leads her team in partnering with employers across the Greater St. Louis community to offer free financial tools and resources to their employees.

Kelly Balodis

InterLutions, an employee benefit solutions CUSO in Milwaukee, Wis., hired Kelly Balodis as client services manager. In her new role, Balodis will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefit programs, supporting credit union clients and their employees, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. She will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to InterLutions’ growing network of credit union clients, ensuring a seamless and strategic benefits experience for every group and employee. Balodis brings a strong background in benefits administration and holds an Accident & Health, Sickness, and Life insurance producer license.

Purvi Patel

The National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS) announced the one-year appointment of Purvi Patel of the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) to the NASCUS Regulator Board. Patel brings more than 15 years of experience in financial regulation, legal compliance and community economic development. As deputy commissioner of credit unions at the DFPI, she oversees the chartering, regulation, supervision and examination of 110 state-chartered credit unions with a combined $160 billion in assets. Prior to joining DFPI, Patel served as assistant general counsel at Self-Help Federal Credit Union ($2.1 billion, Durham, N.C.) and practiced law in the private sector, focusing on financial services compliance and corporate litigation. She also served as a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
