If you’re a regular listener of Shared Accounts With CU Times, you’ve already heard from Addition Financial Credit Union’s President/CEO, Kevin Miller, and Chief Information Officer, Kevin Wright, who joined the podcast in April 2024 and November 2024, respectively. When we learned there’s a third Kevin working in the $2.7 billion, Orlando, Fla.-area credit union’s C-suite, we knew we would be remiss not to cover all our Kevin bases, so we decided to bring him on the pod as well. And, to make things even more lively - if not comically confusing - we brought all three Kevins on at the same time.

In this episode of Shared Accounts, returning guests Miller and Wright are joined by Addition Financial COO Kevin Dougherty to discuss some big changes happening at the credit union. They’re currently in the process of merging with the $842 million, Tallahassee, Fla.-based Envision Credit Union, which, when complete, will give Addition Financial a presence in Southern Georgia for the first time.

You’ll hear all about how the Kevins and the rest of the Addition Financial staff are managing the merger process behind the scenes, from technology integration to the mingling of two cultures to member communications. Plus, you’ll find out what names the Kevins go by at work to avoid confusion, which famous trio the three Kevins believe they’re most like, and which fictional Kevin each of them embodies. It’s an informative and entertaining episode you won’t want to miss!
