A West Virginia grand jury indicted Mary Ann Crossland, who walked into the $342 million Chessie Federal Credit Union branch with a shotgun and held three employees and two members hostage for more than two hours, according to the Mineral County Prosecutor's Office.
Crossland of Keyser, W.V., was indicted last week on five counts of kidnapping, four counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm, and one count each of the use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony, being a person prohibited of possessing a firearm, and breaking and entering, the prosecutor's office said.
