Worried that you can’t pay your bills? You’re not alone: A new poll conducted by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) reveals that Americans’ financial anxiety in 2018 increased by the largest margin ever, despite overall positive economic trends.

This year’s national anxiety score, determined on the basis of mean scores on a 0 to 100-point scale, is 51, a 5-point jump over 2017, the APA reports.
