PSCU's 2017 Member Forum kicked off in sunny Palm Desert,Calif., on Wednesday. More than 700 credit union, vendor andpartner attendees from across the country were in attendance forthe annual event, which helped mark PSCU's 40th anniversary. Here, the Expo at Member Forum is pictured, which offersattendees an up-close look at the many integrated solutions PSCUcurrently has in market. The theme for Member Forum 2017, “The Story of Service,”reflects PSCU's commitment to delivering the most helpful, seamlessexperience possible through every interaction and touch point withits member-owner credit unions and their members. The first day of PSCU's annual conference – Member Forum –kicked off with a high-energy set of music by the Chris Weaverband. In keeping with the event's theme, PSCU President/CEOChuck Fagan conveyed the clear message to attendees that service isat the heart of what PSCU and its member-owners strive to deliveron a daily basis.

President/CEO of the Internet Security Alliance Larry Clintonnotes that companies lose $1 trillion per year from eitherexperiencing cyber threats or dealing with the cost of fightingthem, a figure that is likely to increase. Jim Nussle, President/CEO of CUNA, opened up the secondday of Member Forum 2017 by talking about the importance of creditunions going on the advocacy offense. More than 700 credit union, vendor and partner attendeesfrom across the country came together for Member Forum 2017, whichhelped mark PSCU's 40th anniversary. Former NFL quarterback Tom Flick talked about the “heartof leadership,” and what it takes to lead people to excellencethrough leadership – not management.
