David Sweitzer was named senior vice president of wealthmanagement for CUNA Mutual Group, the Madison, Wis.-based organization saidThursday.

He succeeded Jeff Bosco who left CMG after five years ofservice. The organization did not say why Bosco left.

Sweitzer joined CMG in 1991. He held numerous executive roles insales management, customer call centers and small businessdevelopment. He most recently worked as senior vice president ofsales.

“We have a clear and bright path ahead for our wealth managementbusiness, and David is a proven and respected sales and businessleader,” Robert N. Trunzo, CMG president/CEO, said in a prepared statement. “I can thinkof no one better suited to lead us through this next phase.”
