Timothy L. Anderson, president/CEO of the $38.7million GPO Federal Credit Union in Washington,was elected to serve as the new board chair of the African-AmericanCredit Union Coalition during the coalition's annual conferenceheld Aug. 6-8 in Philadelphia. He succeeded LynetteSmith, president/CEO of the $95 million WashingtonGas Light Federal Credit Union in Springfield, Va., whocompleted a two-year term as chair.

Robert S. Lockett III was named chief strategyofficer and senior vice president/diversified services for the $1.2billion Workers' Credit Union in Fitchburg, Mass.He served previously as senior vice president with the $2.6 billionTDECU in Lake Jackson, Texas.
