DEL MAR, Calif. – Two Hot Chicks, the chili team from OE Federal CU, headquartered in Livermore, Calif., won the XDI 2015 Credit Union Chili Challenge here Aug. 8.
The contest drew 14 credit union teams to Del Mar Thoroughbred Club race track to compete for $20,000 in prize money donated by San Diego document formatting and delivery firm Xpress Data, Inc. All funds will be donated to the winning credit unions' charities of choice.

Backdraft, the chili team from the $940 million FirefightersFirst CU in Los Angeles, won the Best Showmanship award.
Piggie Smalls, the team from the $216 million Eagle Community Credit Union in Lake Forest, Calif., won the Best Booth Award.
The People's Choice Award, voted best tasting chili by those who attended the event, went to CHOC Full o' Chili from the $11.4 billion SchoolsFirst FCU in Santa Ana, Calif.
Receiving honorable mention was Chilies A Blazin', from the $714 million Pacific Marine Credit Union in Oceanside, Calif.
There's No Crying in Lending, from the $3.7 billion Kinecta FCU in Manhattan Beach, Calif., won the third place trophy. They will donate their $3,000 prize to a local Children's Miracle Network hospital.
The SchoolsFirst CHOC Full o' Chili team, made up of members of the credit union's membership development department, also won the second place trophy. The team will donate their $7,000 prize to the Children's Hospital of Orange County.
OE Federal will donate their $10,000 prize to the American Cancer Society. The team from the $896 million credit union also qualified to compete in the Homestyle Division of the 49th Annual International Chili Society World's Champion Chili Cookoff in October in Reno, Nev.
