Avadian’s new 3,000-square-foot branch marks the credit union’s 17th location in Alabama.

More than 100 guests attended the grand opening of the $3.5 billion, Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based Kinecta Federal Credit Union’s member service in downtown Hermosa Beach on Feb. 11. At its new location, Kinecta offers cutting-edge technology such as a state-of-the-art ATM with advanced self-service capabilities, located at a sculptural blue-lit “wave wall” that welcomes visitors to the bright, sleek interior. The branch also features personal financial consultants seated at desks rather than behind traditional teller stations. Added conveniences include onsite iPad stations for logging into online banking and free Wi-Fi.
