The NCUA announced Wednesday that it banned five individuals inNovember from participating in the affairs of any federally insuredfinancial institution.

Kimberly Kent,a former manager and Kelsey Selman, a former teller of the $4.2million Milledgeville Community Credit Union in Milledgeville,Ill., pleaded guilty to embezzlement.

Kent was sentenced to eight months in prison, two yearssupervised release and ordered to pay a fine of $5,000 as well as$15,455.47 in restitution.

Selman was sentenced to two days in jail, three years ofsupervised release and ordered to pay a $4,000 fine.

DebraKinney, a former CEO of the $131 million Border LodgeCredit Union in Derby Line, Vt., pleaded guilty to the charge ofembezzlement and was sentenced to three years in prison, five yearssupervised release and ordered to pay restitution in an undisclosedamount.

Amanda Plisko, a former employee of the $39 million Wilkes-BarreCity Employees Federal Credit Union in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., consentedto a prohibition order which the NCUA said allowed her to avoid thetime and expense of administrative litigation.

Victoria Rozanski, a former manager of the $2 million EllwoodCity Holy Redeemer Parish Federal Credit Union in Ellwood City,Pa., pleaded guilty to embezzlement and was sentenced to 10 monthsin prison, three years supervised release and ordered to pay$118,157.31.
