As the year comes to a close, many cooperatives are taking a close look at employee health and wellness programs.

For credit unions seeking to assess whether wellness programs make good business sense, the CUNA HR/TD Council announced the publication this week of a white paper examining credit union wellness programs from the ground up.

"A Deeper Dive Into Wellness Programs: Are They the Solutions They Were Intended to Be?" explores the bottom-line effects of employee health initiatives in 2014 and the factors driving those results, the council said.
