John San Filippo has joined CU Times as a correspondent. The San Diego-based technology writer was most recently e-marketing manager for financial services technology firm Jack Henry & Associates.
In addition to 15 years marketing the Symitar core system, San Filippo also has experience as a credit union reporter and was co-founder of Credit Union BUSINESS Magazine.
"Credit Union Times has been the leader in technology coverage for quite some time. I'm very excited to join the team and report the latest in with credit union technology news from around the country," he said.

San Filippo will cover technology, marketing and business development and general assignment beats and will report onsite from the California and Nevada Credit Union League annual meeting Tuesday.
