He has more than 15 years of experience in thetechnology industry and was awarded two Purple Stars for wounds hereceived in combat while serving as an infantryman in Iraq andAfghanistan during his 12 years of service with the Army and ArmyNational Guard.
The $2.8 billion Tower Federal Credit Union inLaurel, Md., promoted Nadine Kopkowski to vicepresident and director of marketing. Kopkowski joined Tower in 1986and was vice president of product management for the past 16 years.Tower also hired Kevin Kramer as vice presidentand director of human resources. Kramer has led HR programs atAccenture and served as an HR consultant forPricewaterhouseCoopers, supporting federal defense agencies in theBaltimore/Washington area.
