The $3.2 billion Visions Credit Union in Endwell, N.Y., said Teresa Flynn has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation from the College for Financial Planning. Flynn is an LPL Financial Consultant with Visions Investment Services. The $131 million GHS Federal Credit Union in Binghamton, N.Y., promoted Michael Motell to assistant manager of its Court Street branch in downtown Binghamton. He joined the credit union 2008 as a teller and had been support services specialist.

The $2.5 billion Michigan State University Federal Credit Union in East Lansing promoted Allison Horn to branch manager and Anthony Brown to assistant branch manager for the facility to open in October in Mason, Mich. Horn joined MSUFCU in December 2010 and was a call center manager. Brown joined MSUFCU in February 2013 and was an e-services specialist.
The $501 million Consumers Credit Union hired three new managers in the past month. Carmen Villahermosa de Cox and Skylet Cummings will serve as office managers of the two Grand Rapids locations the credit union is opening later this year. Both come from Flagstar Bank in Grand Rapids with several years of banking management experience. Stephanie Surns, previously with One West Bank in Kalamazoo, joined Consumers in March as digital strategy manager.

The $6.3 billion San Diego County Credit Union in San Diego hired two new senior vice presidents. Carolyn Hatten-Kissick is SVP of operations and card services. She has more than 24 years of experience, including as senior manager of operations at Alliant Credit Union in Chicago and vice president of operations at El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union in Texas. Pat Zervic is SVP of real estate. She has more than 20 years of experience including as vice president of mortgage operations with Pentagon Federal Credit Union's office in Omaha, Neb., as well as with PrimeLending of Dallas, Bank of America, Credit Suisse of Princeton, N.J., and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. of Milwaukee.
The $169 million Coors Credit Union in Golden, Colo., hired Amy Phillips as CFO. She has more than 25 years of financial services experience, most recently with FIMAC Solutions as a risk management consultant for credit unions and previously with ING, CoBank and United Western Bank.
The $96 million Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union in Eugene, Ore., hired Tom Bergold as business development manager. He has more than 30 years of banking and credit union experience.
The $830 million OSU Federal Credit Union in Corvallis, Ore., hired Robin Cook as a mortgage loan officer. She has more than 15 years of real estate and financial services experience most recently as a senior loan officer and underwriter for Landmark Professional Mortgage Co. in Salem, Ore.The $943 million Columbia Credit Union in Vancouver, Wash., hired Connie Preece as vice president and manager of the Salmon Creek Branch. She has 23 years of industry experience, most recently as a branch manager at Utah credit union.
The $1.1 billion Greylock Federal Credit Union in Pittsfield, Mass., hired Michael Stoddard as SVP and CFO. He has spent 30 years at two banks, including as CFO and head of retail and small business banking.

eDOC Innovations in Middlebury, Vt., promoted Carol Middaugh to vice president of sales. She joined the core image processing CUSO in 2010 and has more than 32 years of industry experience, including as the CEO and COO for three credit unions in Ohio and with the Ohio Credit Union League and Corporate One Federal Credit Union.
Corelation in San Diego said Ed Perry is retiring after nearly 35 years of selling core processing systems to credit unions, mostly in Texas. "There isn't a credit union in Texas that does not know Ed Perry and we have been fortunate to have him on our team for the past two-and-a-half years," said Theresa Benavidez, president of Corelation, launched in 2009. "Ed has contributed greatly to our success by opening doors that would have remained closed if it had not been him on the other end of the phone."
