The Californiaand Nevada Credit Union Leagues have partnered with MOGL, arestaurant rewards platform in San Diego, Calif., to pilot aprogram that will help feed needy families in local communitiesthrough credit unions' credit and debit card programs.

When credit union members charge more than $20 on their debit orcredit card at a participating MOGL restaurant, a meal will bedonated to a local community foodbank via Feeding America. Inaddition, credit union members also receive 10% cash back by usingtheir credit or debit cards when they dine at participating MOGLrestaurants.

The MOGL program can work with a credit union's existing cardreward program, according to the California and Nevada Credit UnionLeagues.
