Unabated rainfall in northern Colorado has led to massive flash floods that have killed atleast three people, damaged dozens of homes and cars, and closedhundreds of roads, schools and businesses, including approximately20 credit union branches and offices in Boulder and surroundingareas including Longmont, Lyons, Jamestown and Nederland.
The floods forced at least four Boulder-based credit unions –Elevations CU, Premier Member FCU, Boulder Valley CU and BoulderMunicipal Employees FCU – to close branches, phone centers andother back office operations Thursday.
