The $3.3 billion, 251,700-member Kinecta Federal Credit Union has promoted Steven Glouberman to senior vice president, chief risk officer and general counsel.
Glouberman has served as general counsel since April 2008 and will oversee all legal and enterprise risk management functions for the Manhattan Beach, Calif., credit union and its subsidiaries, including its Nix check cashing centers, Kinecta said.
“Steve's proven leadership and depth of experience at Kinecta made him an obvious choice for this new position,” said Kinecta President/CEO Keith Sultemeier. “I am confident in his ability to continue producing outstanding results.”
Glouberman is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles who also was general counsel to ResMAE Mortgage Corp. and in private practice prior to joining Kinecta, the credit union said.
