Leominster Credit Union, Leominster, Mass., announced the promotions of Randy Harris, Bryon Goguen, John Diggins and Joanne Lattanzi. Harris was promoted to assistant vice president, treasury. Harris joined the credit union in 2004 as a financial analyst. A 22-year veteran in the financial services industry, Harris has extensive experience in investments and asset-liability management. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds a bachelors degree in accounting. Bryon Goguen was promoted to assistant controller. Goguen, who joined the credit union in 2009, also started as a financial analyst. He graduated from Bentley University in 2005 with a bachelor of science in corporate finance and accounting. Diggins was promoted to assistant vice president. Diggins joined Leominster Credit Union in May of 2003 as contact center manager. His contact center background spans two decades and upon joining LCU he established the LCU contact center. Lattanzi was promoted to marketing manager and officer. prior to joining LCU in 2011, Lattanzi was the director of marketing and public relations at the First National Bank of Ipswich. Lattanzi is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management.
Webster First Federal Credit Union, Worcester, Mass., said that Louis W. Sroczenski, a businessman and longtime director of Webster First Federal Credit Union, has been named chairperson of the board. Sroczenski has been a director of the credit union since April 5, 1973. Sroczenski succeeds Zenon Szlyk.

Ent Federal Credit Union, Colorado Springs, Colo., announced the promotion of Janelle Grau to finance manager. Grau has been in the financial services industry for more than 16 years and has been with Ent for the past 12 years. Most recently, she served as the supervisor of Ent's finance department. Grau has a bachelor's degree in finance from Fort Hays State University. Ent also announced the hiring of Dan Leclerc as its new director of finance. Leclerc has more than 18 years of financial services experience. He has worked for several credit unions and most recently served as the president/CEO of GHS Federal Credit Union in Binghamton, N.Y. Leclerc has a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Southern New Hampshire University and is a graduate of CUNA's Financial Management School and Strategic Planning Institute.
SACU, San Antonio, announced that Eric Malagamba has joined its executive team as chief financial officer. He will oversee the credit union's financial operations. Malagamba brings about 30 years of financial experience to his position, serving in a variety of international assignments with multinational companies including PepsiCo and Proctor and Gamble. He most recently served as national accounts emerging and convenience finance director for Frito-Lay North America, a division of PepsiCo, located in Plano, Texas. His education background includes an MBA from Autonoma de Madrid University in Madrid and a B.S. from Anahuac University in Mexico City.
First Tech Federal Credit Union, Mountain View, Calif., announced that Marangal Domingo has been named chief investment officer, a new position for First Tech. Domingo most recently `served as the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Irvine, Calif.-based First PacTrust Bancorp and PacTrust Bank. With more than 20 years of investment and secondary marketing experience, Domingo will manage the credit union's investment portfolio and secondary marketing activities. Prior to his tenure with First PacTrust, Domingo served as the principal and founder of Decision Advisors, providing business strategy and consulting services to banks and financial investors. In addition, he served as the executive vice president, chief financial and chief investment officer of Doral Financial Corp. where he managed all financial aspects for the corporation and its subsidiaries, acted as the management liaison to the board of directors audit committee and managed more than 60 professionals. Domingo received his MBA from the University of Michigan.
Texas Trust Credit Union, Mansfield, Texas has promoted three senior staffers to senior executive level positions. Ron Smith has been promoted to senior vice president of branch operations. He has been with Texas Trust since 2007 and is responsible for overseeing operations of the credit union's 10 branches. Amber Danford has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing and business development. Danford has been with Texas Trust since 2005. She is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy and managing the credit union's brand image. Brady Pope has been promoted to senior vice president of risk management. He oversees all aspects of Texas Trust's risk management function.

Financial Center, Indianapolis, has hired Jay Dull as a new facilities manager for the credit union's nine locations. Dull joins Financial Center with over 25 years of experience in facilities management, construction, and customer service. Most recently, he owned his own construction business in Greenwood.
Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union, Battle Creek, Mich., announced the hiring of Norm Kellogg as business and mortgage loan originator. He brings over 35 years of lending and business development experience to KCFCU. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he has achieved his BBA. As a member of the KCFCU business services and mortgage lending teams, Kellogg's main objective will be to assist KCFCU members and potential members in obtaining business and mortgage loans.
Veridian Credit Union, Waterloo, Iowa, announced that Tony McKillip has been promoted to indirect lending team lead. McKillip has been employed at Veridian for more than 11 years and most recently served as a mortgage loan originator. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
