NH Federal Credit Union, Concord, N.H.,announced the appointment of three vice presidents to its seniormanagement team. The promotions are PollySaltmarsh to vice president of member service,Tina Cabana to vice president of lending, andKatherine McFarlandto vice president ofcompliance. Saltmarsh has worked for NHFCU for over 28 years, mostrecently as marketing manager. Her experience includes working onthe front lines in the teller and member service departments, aswell as the marketing department. She holds a BS in marketing fromFranklin Pierce University. Cabana has been serving NHFCU for morethan 24 years. Her knowledge encompasses lending, collections,mortgages and member services. She attended Hesser College and iscurrently completing her BS in management at Franklin PierceUniversity. McFarland has been with NHFCU for over 30 years. Duringthis time she began NHFCU's member service and marketingdepartments and oversaw operations and compliance. She earned anassociate's degree in marketing and management and a BS inmanagement from Franklin Pierce University.

Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union,Poughkeepsie, N.Y., announced that RobynWilliamshas joined as branch manager of the Hollowbrookbranch in Wappingers Falls. In this role, Williams will oversee allday-to-day activities at the branch, as well as work withcommercial accounts in the surrounding area. She reports to SarahGillespie, area retail manager for HVFCU. Williams joins HVFCUafter more than 20 years of financial experience with local banks,including her most recent position as a vice president/branchmanager for Rhinebeck Bank. She holds a bachelor's of businessadministration from SUNY New Paltz and earned her MBA from MountSaint Mary College in Newburgh.

Webster First Federal Credit Union, Worcester,Mass., said it has named Louis W. Sroczenski, abusinessman and longtime director of Webster First FCU, chairpersonof the board of directors. Sroczenski has been a director of thecredit union since April 5, 1973. Sroczenski succeeds Zenon Szlykas chairperson.

Golden 1 Credit Union, Sacramento, Calif.,announced that Machelle Martinhas been named vicepresident of human resources/training and development. Martinbrings many years of high-level leadership experience in the fieldsof human resources and employee development. She worked at USAA formore than 20 years and more recently served as a human resourcesbusiness leader at Comcast. She holds a bachelor of arts degree incommunications from California State University, Sacramento, and amaster's degree in business administration from Golden GateUniversity. Martin is also certified as a senior professional inhuman resources.

Security Service Federal Credit Union, SanAntonio, announced the selection of MarilynHartmann to become commercial loan production manager. Inher new position, Hartmann will contribute to the strategicplanning of the commercial services department and will manage theloan production staff in the credit union's market areas acrossTexas, Colorado and Utah. Hartmann holds a bachelor's degree inLatin American Studies and Spanish from Central College in Pella,Iowa, and has some 29 years of experience in the financial servicesindustry. She joined SSFCU in 2004 as a commercial loan officer andwas soon promoted to senior commercial loan officer, a position sheheld until 2012. She went on to serve as executive vice president,director of SBA lending at TexStar National Bank and returned toSSFCU in early 2013. Separately, SSFCU announced thatThomas Martinhas been named senior vice presidentof planning and performance. The newly created position willoversee enterprise performance management and corporate strategicplanning, as well as management of the accounting and financedepartments. Martin has led a wide range of credit unionoperations, serving as president and chief executive officer of twofederal credit unions in Arizona. He holds a bachelor of sciencedegree in computer science from the University of Idaho and amaster's degree in finance from Western International University.He is a retired lieutenant commander for the U.S. Navy and servedas a surface warfare officer.

He has an extensive background insales and in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Centra,Mahoney served as business manager for Country Chevrolet and forthe Acra Automotive Group. He also has experience in insurancesales and accounting services.
