The $425 million Telcom Credit Union in the Detroit suburb of Novi, Mich., has changed its name to Vibe Credit Union.
The 31,800-member Vibe CU said its rebranding also includes a marketing push for its bill pay, mobile banking apps and a new website.
"The name Vibe was chosen as it is unique and different yet incorporates a modern version of the credit union's historical roots in telecommunications over the past 77 years," Vibe CU said in its announcement.
