LANCO Federal Credit Union, Lancaster, Pa., announced the promotions of several staff members. Patty Findley has been promoted to branch manager at LANCO's Lancaster office. Findley  has been with LANCO for five years and previously served as teller manager. She has over 20 years working in the banking community in Lancaster County.  Janeane Gainer has been promoted to branch administrator and business development officer. Gainer has been with LANCO for one year and has 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Cortney Hill has been promoted to branch manager at LANCO's Willow Street office. Hill has been with LANCO for five years and has served as a teller, a loan officer and in administration. She has worked in the banking industry for 13 years. Kayla Hofmann has been promoted to branch manager at LANCO's Mount Joy office. Hofmann has been with LANCO for nine  years and previously served as a loan officer.  Lisa McEvoy has been promoted to branch manager at LANCO's Brownstown office. She has been with LANCO for five years and previously served as assistant branch manager. Addy Perales has been promoted to loan manager. Perales has been with LANCO for five years, and most recently served as branch manager of the Willow Street office. Sharon Peters has been promoted to operations supervisor. She has been with LANCO for 15 years, previously serving as the branch manager of the Brownstown office. Peters has worked in the banking industry for 42 years. Linda Wood has been promoted to human resource and compliance officer. Wood has been with LANCO for 12 years and previously served the credit union as branch administrator. She has worked in the banking industry for 44 years.

DATCU Credit Union, Denton, Texas, announced the promotions of three employees. David Frazier has been promoted to assistant vice president of accounting.  Prior to this promotion, Frazier was director of accounting.  He joined the credit union in August 2010 upon graduation from the University of North Texas where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance.  In his new role, he will serve as the primary resource in all aspects of accounting ensuring that accounting activities comply with established legal, regulatory and credit union procedures. Dee Dee Peterson has been promoted from regional branch manager to assistant vice president of branch operations.   She has held multiple branch management positions at the credit union since she joined it in 2005.  She is a 2010 graduate of Southwest Credit Union National Association Management School and a 2011 graduate of Leadership Denton. Sonya Thompson has also been promoted from regional branch manager to assistant vice president of branch operations.  Her leadership role will include oversight of branch operations in Aubrey, Flower Mound, Lewisville, The Colony and the Trophy Club branches.  She has been with DATCU Credit Union since 2003 and holds a degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University.  She is currently working on her Master's Degree at Texas Woman's University. Thompson is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Flower Mound and a 2007 graduate of Leadership Lewisville.

Golden 1 Credit Union,  Sacramento, Calif., announced that Lori Allen has been named vice president of real estate.  Allen has worked in the credit union industry for nearly 30 years, and comes to Golden 1 from VyStar Credit Union in Jacksonville, Fla., where she was vice president of mortgage lending. She also served as vice president of the board for the Florida Credit Union Real Estate Network.  She holds a bachelor of science degree in management from the University Of North Florida.

PULSE, Houston, the debit/ATM network, promoted Mike Urquizu to senior vice president, sales and account management. Urquizu's new responsibilities involve managing and directing the company's sales and business development activities. He reports directly to PULSE President Dave Schneider.  Prior to this promotion, Urquizu was responsible for PULSE's national financial institution sales program and managed a team of PULSE sales executives. Urquizu joined PULSE in 2001 as a sales executive.
