The $2.8 million UTI Employees Credit Union in Collegeville, Pa.has merged into the $1.2 billion American Heritage Federal Credit Union in Philadelphia.
Terms of the merger, which took effect Nov. 1, were notdisclosed.
The merger adds more than 500 new members to American Heritage'smembership rolls and UTI's Collegeville branch at 373 E. MainSt. becomes American Heritage's 27th branch, the credit unionsaid.
