Ashley Kohlrus, chief experience officer at the $965 million Allegacy Federal Credit Union in Winston-Salem, N.C., has been named the 2012 CUES Next Top Credit Union Executive.
The selection of Kohlrus for the award was announced Wednesday at the organization's CEO/Executive Team Network gathering in Manalapan, Fla., where the finalists presented their projects.
Kohlrus' project was titled "Mapping the Member Experience" and involved reviewing Allegacy's delivery channels and identifying where more positive impressions could be made. She said her suggestions could be implemented by credit unions of any size.
