CUES said it has partnered with two firms – Carlson DettmannConsulting LLC of Madison, Wis., and Intelligent Compensation LLCof Pflugerville, Texas – to offer compensation consulting to thecredit union industry.

Intelligent Compensation focuses on nonprofit executivecompensation, performance management and organizational alignmentstrategies, sales compensation design and plans, employeecompensation studies, job analysis, and wage and hour/FLSAstudies.
