NAFCU will kick off its inaugural "Women's Leadership Summit" on July 24 at its annual conference and exhibition in Nashville, Tenn.
"The credit union industry is proud to have so many bright and talented women," said NAFCU President/CEO Fred Becker.
Nan Siemer, a negotiation expert from Breakers Consulting, will be the event's moderator. Following a discussion of survey results from Burns-Fazzi, Brock on women's compensation, Siemer will present a workshop on the power of negotiation that will take attendees through exercises to sharpen their negotiations skills.

The afternoon will also feature a discussion on how professional networking is vital to sustained success, as well as a networking reception following the program. In addition, the summit will honor the latest Credit Union Times "Women to Watch" recipient.

NAFCU's 45th Annual Conference and Exhibition will be held July 24-28 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
