The $6.7 billion Security Service Federal Credit Union of SanAntonio said Monday its foundation has approved a $10,000donation to the American Red Cross Northern Colorado Chapter tohelp assist victims of the Fort Collins wildfires, which has nowdestroyed the most homes – at least 181 – in the state'shistory.
|The Security Service Charitable Foundation said its branches inFort Collins, Greeley, Longmont and Loveland are currentlycollecting donations to aid families affected by the fire.
|“Several SecurityService members have reported homes being lost and otherssuffered property damage,” said President/CEO David Reynolds. “Our hearts go out to those affected and we will do everything wecan to assist in this difficult time.”
|SSFCU said also it is offering short-term, low-interestemergency loans for its members affected by the disaster. SSFCU has 875,000 members and branches in Texas, Colorado, Utahand overseas.
