Team members from Eagle Community Credit Union in Lake Forest,Calif., helped deliver the goods this year in the annual nationwidefood drive by the National Association of Letter Carriers.Volunteers from the $209 million Eagle Community CU volunteered atfour local postal facilities, helping to sort some of the more than1.2 million pounds donated through the Santa Ana Postal District,which includes Orange County and parts of Los Angeles, Riversideand San Bernardino counties.

Lake Forest Mayor Kathryn McCullough attended the May 9 kickoffevent held at the credit union's Lake Forest Branch for the localUSPS divisions and their carriers. She presented Eagle CommunityCEO Bill Birnie with a certificate of service.
