The $1.7 billion, 155,000-member Grow Financial Federal CreditUnion in Tampa, Fla., said it is now saving at least 20 employeehours a month with a managed file transfer solution it recentlydeployed from Boston-based Attunity Ltd.

The MFT solution provides an audit trail and inbound virus scanningwhile eliminating the need for closely managing and manuallyexecuting file exchanges, notifications and other communicationsbetween internal systems and external partners, which ofteninvolved after-hours work, the company and credit union said.

“I estimate that Attunity MFT saves our employees at least20 hours per month by automating all of our mission-critical filetransfer processes,” said James Stock, assistant vice president ofnetwork services at GrowFinancial.

“It also eliminated the need to manually download files afterbusiness hours. We enjoy the peace of mind that Attunity MFTprovides with its audit trail and inbound file virus scanning thatensures network security,” he said.

Attunity said it now has provided real-time data integrationsoftware to thousands of organizations worldwide.
