The $1.7 billion, 155,000-member Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Fla., said it is now saving at least 20 employee hours a month with a managed file transfer solution it recently deployed from Boston-based Attunity Ltd.
The MFT solution provides an audit trail and inbound virus scanning while eliminating the need for closely managing and manually executing file exchanges, notifications and other communications between internal systems and external partners, which often involved after-hours work, the company and credit union said.
“I estimate that Attunity MFT saves our employees at least 20 hours per month by automating all of our mission-critical file transfer processes,” said James Stock, assistant vice president of network services at Grow Financial.
“It also eliminated the need to manually download files after business hours. We enjoy the peace of mind that Attunity MFT provides with its audit trail and inbound file virus scanning that ensures network security,” he said.
Attunity said it now has provided real-time data integration software to thousands of organizations worldwide.
