Get ready to gather round the CU Water Cooler Symposium.

The second annual symposium, slated for Sept. 29-30 at the FORUM Conference Center in Fishers, Ind., has been dubbed the "un-conference" for its unique interactive format.

CUWaterCooler.com's nine editors each selected a speaker who aligned with their interests and the site's public selected Jim Craig, vice president of marketing at 1st Advantage Credit Union, to fill the 10th speaker slot.
