Bonnie Barlow of Irvine shows good form on and off the mound. For her work with children as the volunteer dance and theater instructor at Woodbury Elementary School, Barlow was declared the winner of Orange County’s Credit Union’s All-Star Community Angel Contest. Here she throws out the honorary first pitch to Los Angeles Angels third base coach Dino Ebel before the Aug. 3 game against the Minnesota Twins at Angels Stadium. The credit union also will make a $1,000 donation to Barlow’s designated cause: providing costumes and instruments for deserving kids at Woodbury Elementary in Irvine.
