CUBUS Solutions has added a funds transfer solution to thelineup of online banking software it offers to credit unions.

The CUTransfers solution is core-agnostic and providesaccount-to-account and person-to-person payments supported bysecurity features including fraud mitigation and accountverification using micro deposit and withdrawal verificationprocesses, the company said.

The $868 million IBM Southeast Federal Credit Union has replaceda largely manual process with CUTransfers and said it has now madeonline transfers a convenient self-service offering for its 77,000members.

“Debit and credit payments were a particular area that wewere looking to take online as we have members spread outthroughout the country and branches in three states,” said ReginaClarin, payments manager for the credit union in Boca Raton,Fla.

“Today's consumers want more comprehensive tools when it comesto online funds transfers, and we wanted to complement our existingproduct suite with a fast, convenient, and secure solution,” saidJohn-Ashley Paul, CEO of CUBUS Solutions.

The Livermore, Calif., company said it now serves 95 creditunions. Itsofferings include e-statements, alerts and notices, remotedeposit capture and rewards checking programs.
