Open Solutions Inc.of Glastonbury, Conn., and PSCUFinancial Services of St. Petersburg, Fla., have reached anagreement that integrates the big CUSO's contact center serviceswith the core processor's flagship DNA platform.

PSCU said the new agreement expands on a prior shared branchexchange arrangement and now allows it to directly access the DNAhost platform used by approximately 400 credit unions.

PSCU said that enables TMC center staff to more closelyreplicate the credit union's own call center functions, includingfull history, placing holds, ACH warehouse information, card limitsand assessing fees.

The first credit union to use the new arrangement is the $3billion Bank-Fund Staff FCU in Washington, D.C., PSCU said.

PSCU said it now provides member services to 136 credit unionsthrough its TMC centers in Florida, Michigan and Arizona, and thatmore than 1,500 financial institutions overall use the contactcenters for at least one kind of service, including new member andnew account services.
