Card Services for Credit Unions has unveiled a new Web tool designed to give credit unions better access to some tools to help them better market their credit cards.
Dubbed the "Marketing Resource Guide," the website brings credit unions information and resources to reach cardholders at every stage of the marketing life cycle, CSCU said. The site covers everything from winning over new cardholders to increasing activation and usage while building loyalty. The association said the site is designed to help strengthen their members' card portfolios and serve their members better.
"We really appreciate the opportunity to receive free or low-cost marketing materials from CSCU," said Charmaine Bocage Russo, vice president of marketing at RiverLand Credit Union. "We really loved the latest campaign 'Debt on a Diet' as it was timely and provoked action. Getting in shape and being financially fit are universal concepts at the first of the year. I think this should be a successful balance transfer campaign for us."

With just a few clicks, credit unions can have access to free and low-cost marketing materials from Visa and proven card growth tools from FIS, the association said. These materials include: in-branch, online or direct mail pieces.
These cost-effective solutions will help credit unions make the most of every cardholder relationship.
