S1 Corp. has renamed the information security business it bought last March to S1 Defense.
The former CUDefense is part of PM Systems Corp., an Internet banking specialist in Chapin, S.C., that serves 174 credit unions, including 85 using its security services.
“We are pleased to introduce the S1 Defense team and make available these critical security products and services to the greater financial community,” said Pierre Naude, divisional president for S1 in Atlanta. “The S1 Defense team has demonstrated a commitment to providing leading security risk assessments, perimeter security programs and phishing intervention at a competitive price point for credit unions as well as community and regional banks.”
Its PM Systems subsidiary also said that two new credit union clients are going live on its online and mobile banking platform in the next few weeks: the $639 million San Francisco Police CU in Pleasanton, Calif., and the $1 billion Pen Air FCU in Pensacola, Fla.
