NAFCU has promoted four of its key executives to vice president, the association announced today.

The four new vice presidents, whose appointments are effective immediately, are Anthony Demangone, Carrie Hunt, Brad Thaler and Tun Wai.

Demangone, who heads association's Regulatory Compliance Division, has been with the association since 2004.

Hunt, the association's top regulatory specialist, was also promoted to be NAFCU's general counsel. She has been with the association since 2004.

Thaler heads the association's lobbying efforts. He has been with NAFCU since 1999.

Wai, the association's top economist, is also a founding member of the Credit Union Economics Group.

"I am pleased to announce these well-deserved promotions from among NAFCU's exemplary staff, which will further enhance NAFCU's industry-leading services to its membership," NAFCU President/CEO Fred Becker said in a statement.
